Returns within Greece
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the product or products back to our company. In order for your refund to be accepted, the product must remain in its original quality without the tabs being removed. Refund can be made within 14 days of receipt. Our company can replace the product with another if there is availability. There is also the possibility of a full refund of the receipt (except for original shipping costs).
When attempting to test the garments, make sure they do not come in contact with something that may leave a sign or smell, for example, fragrances, deodorants, smoke, etc. We will not be able to accept any product return where there will be evidence indicating that these instructions have not been complied with.
The cost of the refund is charged to our company only if the product is defective or different (in kind, color, size) than you ordered. In this case the shipment must be done exclusively with the company General mail courier and consignee charge. In any other case, the cost of return is charged to the sender, who may return the return in any way he wants. For your convenience, our company proposes to send the parcel back to us with the General Postal Service so that the charge you are only 3 euros. For returns from abroad: refunds must be made exclusively with the registered parcel service.
The product return form should also be included in the package indicating the reason for the refund and the receipt. The company does not provide prepaid returns, so when you return a product it is your responsibility to reach us safely. We encourage you to return mail by using the registered letter service or whatever service you consider to ensure the safe transport of the products. Please keep all proof of postal charges secure until you receive a refund from our company.
All products purchased from www.charmstyle.gr must be returned to the central warehouse of the e-shop and not to a CHRISPER store. Products purchased from stores can not be returned to us but to the shop where they were purchased. We can not accept responsibility for any items not purchased on this site.
If you wish to refund your refund, your money will be deposited into the account you have declared about 10-12 business days after receiving your return from our company. This is the amount of time you spend on how much you pay out of the courier and processing your request for a refund. If you have chosen to pay your order with a credit card then the refund process will take about 5-7 working days days. Refund can only be made on the same card from which the original payment was made. We can replace a product for a different size or color or other different item. If there is no stock of the size you need, you will be refunded, in which case we will contact you.
Defective / False Type
Before each shipment, a high-level test is performed to ensure that the products that reach the customer’s hands are in excellent quality. If you notice any defect in the product, please call us at 2310228600 before returning to us. You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return it back. The alternatives we offer are the following:
1. Replace *. We will do our best to replace the defective product you have returned (same code, resizable and colorable).
